Funbottleopeners.com and homebrewers.com are owned by Scott and Rachelle Woodcock and are opperated out of our store, Homebrewers Outpost, in Flagstaff, AZ. Scott, Rachelle, Rob Owens, Thomas Vincent, Michael Boos and Stephen Helwig make up the crew at the shop and we'll be happy to help you with any questions you may have about our products. Shipping Small sized orders within the U.S. weighing less than 10 pounds will usually be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, larger orders are normally shipped UPS Ground. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and APO boxes are normally shipped via USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail. Expedited shipping to all destinations is available upon request. Items shipped UPS Ground to the Northeast typically arrive in 5 business days, to the Southeast and Midwest in 4 business days, to the Northwest, Texas and Mountain States in 3 business days, to southern California and New Mexico in 2 business days and orders in Arizona are delivered next day. Shipping charges will be calculated when you enter your zip code into the shopping cart. Returns Funbottleopeners.com will gladly replace any damaged or defective merchandise at no charge within 90 days of delivery. We will exchange or refund 100% of the purchase price of any unused item that is returned to us in its original packaging within thirty days of delivery. Items returned to us must be in new and resalable condition. Customers will be responsible for the original and return shipping costs on any non-defective merchandise.
